Conditions “La Barriera Di San Lorenzo”
Please read carefully the reservation rules below. Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract in accordance with current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for those making the booking and for all other persons mentioned therein, minors included.
PRICES
Prices vary depending on the selected period:
High season: from 16 March to 2 November
Low season: from 3 November to 22 December and from 7 January to 15 March
Holidays, such as Christmas, St Stephen's Day, New Year, Easter, Palio, have separate prices; we recommend viewing the rates on the site www.barrieradisanlorenzo.it
Tourist tax
Anyone who stays in one of the accommodations of the territory of the municipality of Siena is subject to the payment of the tourist tax as provided for by art.1 paragraph 2 lett. c) of Italian Law 431/1988: from €1.50 to €3.00 per person per day from 1th November to 28 February and from €2.50 to €5.00 per person per day from 1th March to 31 October. Children under the age of 12 and stays over 6 consecutive days are excluded. This is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly on site by our guests, in cash, except for the exemptions and reductions provided by the municipal regulation.
Pre-authorization
La Barriera Di San Lorenzo reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the client by requesting a pre-authorisation. This preauthorisation ensures the hotel the temporary availability of the full amount, or a part thereof, in verification of the validity of the credit card. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. The pre-authorisation expires automatically after 20 days from the requested date and the amount is released. In case the authorisation gives negative results, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be cancelled. In this case the B&B will have no obligation towards the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Any booking cancellation must be communicated via e-mail to info@barrieradisanlorenzo.it or by telephone to the number +39 3914292729.
In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations beyond the aforementioned term, the total cost of the booked stay will be charged on the credit card given as guarantee.
No reimbursement is due to a guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay the entire stay booked
Note: pets are not allowed cots and high chairs are not available.
The check-in time is from 15.00pm to 18.30pm. From 18.30pm to 23.00pm is possible to use our automatic system to open the door. The later arrivals must be agreement and an extra cost may be applied.
The check-out time is from 8.00am to 10.00am. In case of late check out an additional night will be charged.
