By car
From the North
To reach La Barriera di San Lorenzo take the A1 motorway to the 'Firenze Impruneta' exit. From the 4-lane connection 'Firenze-Siena', take the 'Siena Nord' exit, heading towards Siena.
Take Viale Giovanni Paolo II, SR2 and Via G. Mazzini in the direction of Via Giuseppe Garibaldi in Siena.
From the South
A1 Highway (from Rome), 'Valdichiana-Bettolle' exit.
Continue along the Strada Statale 715 Siena-Bettolle/Strada Statale 73 Senese Aretina.
Take Viale Pietro Toselli and Via G. Mazzini in the direction of Via Giuseppe Garibaldi in Siena.
PARKING near the bed & breakfast
- Via Don Minzoni, road side ( On Tuesday from 7.30am to 10.00am no parking for street cleaning)
- "Stadio/Fortezza" parking station, about 150 metres from the residence with the daily rate for guests being 25 euro instead of 35 euro (only with communication of the numbre plate at the time of booking)

By bus
La Barriera di San Lorenzo is a 2-minute walk from the city's main bus terminuses, such as those in Piazza del Sale and Piazza Gramsci.
Siena is connected to Florence with a 'Direct' bus service. There are also many daily connections to Rome, Milan and Bologna.

By train
The train station is located approximately 2 kilometres from the bed & breakfast, being a 15-minute walk to the residence.
You can also take the local bus, number 10 or 35, in the direction of Piazza Gramsci.
By plane
The nearest airports are Florence, Rome Fiumicino and Pisa.
